“I chose Allterra because they were a local company whom I could talk to easily even though their bid was slightly higher than the lowest bidder. However, when compared to the bid by Solar City, Allterra’s bid was much better. Approval from HOA took a little time but Allterra was very patient during the entire process. “I really can’t say enough about Allterra. What a great company. Everything went exactly as they had told me that it would. There were no glitches. Everyone on the and quot;teamand quot;, from the salesman to the Field Operations guy performed their jobs in an exemplary fashion. We really liked Ed and Rueben, the installers. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves each day and were extremely pleasant, friendly and informative. They answered all my questions. Before they left on Tuesday, they turned the system on and made sure everything was working. The panels were already generating electricity in abundance of what I was using. What a great feeling to see that excess actually going back to the grid. Also, Ed showed me how the system works…how to shut it down and restart it (not that I should ever need to do that). I would highly recommend this company and I would also advise everyone to go solar! My new panels will pay for themselves in about eight years. Then…free electricity. Whoo hoo!!!
