Alpha One Construction, Inc. review

Positive reviews:

“Gal,Love, and Oscar were awesome! I will most definitely rehire for our next project.Alpha One listened to EVERY concern we had! We were informed of every step of the process. Their quote was very competitive with the others we received! Work was completed on time and we had the same workers each time! Make sure to get a quote from these guys!!” – Marisa E. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 25, 2025

“Alpha one did construction for me by adding solar panels, as well as earthquake, remediation, and foundation work. Excellent workers, excellent price. I would use them again for any general construction that I need. Always answering the phone when I call or text. A pleasure to work with these people.I was introduced to them because they did work on a neighbor’s house. I was so pleased with the work they did on my house that I referred them to my sister who also had major work done and she was also pleased with them. I recommend them highly.” – Madeleine K. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 10, 2025

Negative reviews:

“first, the job start day was delayed a day so i had to take an extra day off work. then, i was overpriced on the job request (one room roof panels change). Got other quotes about the job completed after and they agreed. They didn’t complete the job due to safety and i understood that but had to argue with contractor on lowering the price due to incomplete. it was not completed according to what the quote included in the contract. They still wanted to charge me the same price. very unprofessional. The contractor showed not much care about the customer but just about the money. The workers that did the job by the way were respectful and provided clear expectations.” – Maribel S. ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 2, 2024

“A young man came out to do the estimate. I am not sure he knew what he was doing. I had to remind him that he left his ladder in my driveway. I never received any estimate. The whole thing left me feeling like there was some sort of scam going on.” – Middleton D. ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 10, 2023

Positive reviews:

“A happy returned customer! I had Alpha One for a couple of patch jobs before and was impressed with their approach back then. They listened attentively, explained clearly, and did not push to sell and instead delivered what I wanted for the moment. I called them back again last month for a quote to replace the roof. They did not give the lowest bid, mind you, but they were painstakingly detail oriented, transparent, and had everything written down black and white without any gray area. Mike, who managed my project throughout to process, was simply Amazing. He was responsive and answered all my big small random questions with patience and grace. The whole crew was terrific too!! Now I can’t wait for it to rain lol, while appreciating my brand new roof!” – Nan Martin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ February 2026

“had a great experience with Alpha One Builders. Oscar went above and above going out at nite on a wet day to evaluate and estimate my roof. He was very professional, knowledgable and careful in diagnosing the problems.Oscar discussed the situation clearly and honestly and replied extremely fast with an appropriate solution. His effort, responsiveness and attention to detail were very evident. Throughout the whole procedure I felt confident and properly looked after.I would definitely suggest Alpha One Construction to anybody needing trustworthy, competent and excellent roofing services.” – Thy Nguyen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2018

Negative reviews:

“Set up an appointment with this company. Met the representative and showed him all the leaks with the roof. He was supposed to return to his office and write up an estimate and email it. Been weeks and absolutely no response.Time is money and to have someone make me drive to meet for an appointment, the the time and energy to show him around only to have the company not send an invoice or make any further contact, is totally unprofessional.Don’t waste your time with this company.” – E Lee ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023

“They make it seem like they have excellent customer service and that they care about their customers but once they do their job and collect the check, it’s so hard to get a hold of them. We have a leak and its been difficult to get some help. They don’t answer our phone calls and they said they came to our house when we were waiting for them all day to show up. I’ve heard nothing back from them. Super disappointed. Don’t fall for their tricks.” – Katherine Jimenez ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2025
