“I cleared my schedule for the appointment time but when they called to confirm they needed both owners present. This is unrealistic and ridiculous. The more I listened the more it sounded like a timeshare pitch. We wanted a simple quote to replace our front door that we can get anyone to do a quote, some don’t even have to meet with us. They insisted they could not do the quote, in the event one person was not happy with the design. Simple, we have a storm door and it needs to be replace, there are no design issues. “I used their website to request a gutter inspection and quote for gutter repair and/or replacement. The website clearly states they provide Free Consultations but when you submit the form to set an appointment they send an email stating they do not provide “”free inspections or estimates or repairs.”” The email lets you know that you can pay $149 for a “”Premium Gutter Tune Up”” that includes an inspection. If they use this deceptive behavior to get a customer, I can only imagine what it would be like trying to get them to actually deliver the service you engaged them for at the price you agreed to.
