“The day consists of Service calls or installations of solar systems or possibly sales. I learned the importance of proper installations to produce a system with longevity and explain the maintenance required to keep systems optimal, I answered any questions the customer had and also resolved there problems, good help is hard to find now days, the hard part was enduring with the heat generated on a roof in the summer is extreme and not for the faint of heart, the most enjoyable part of this job was having customers that appreciated me and they knew that I had there best interests in mind also being asked for by name instead of the owner wasn’t to bad neither.” – Service Manager / Sales ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ May 2, 2013

“The sales manager, Chris Lee, explained the Sunwise program that I was eligible for concerning the panel for the hot water. Since I previously had solar panels on my house in PA, I didn’t take much convincing after I heard about the federal tax credits and the projected savings on my electric bill. In addition, I ordered the pool heating panels separately, since once of the offers currently on the table was a new efficient variable speed heat pump to replace my old inefficient single speed model. The job took longer than expected, 2 1/2 days instead of 1, but since I was not in a hurry and only wanted a carefully and correctly installed system, I was patient. The main technician, Matthew, was very careful about explaining everything to me. “My son have done some researches online and we had them come for the job. The people were very nice. But, we had them come back for multiple times fixing some problems. Their customer service is good. They just need to be clear with the customer with their tax credit. Overall, the have a B. “Had new solar panel system installed along with a new efficient hybrid water heater. Mark helped us get a system to maximize our power generation while staying within JPL’s tier 1 limit (10kw). There were a few hiccups with condensation and draining for the new water heater which took 2 visits to address. Now everything is installed and up and running smoothly, my system generates about 20kwh on a cloudy day up to 50kwh on a sunny day and this is only November.
