You wanted to know how much I pay on my electric bill currently, I explained I would tell you that after you get my quote. I explained to you that I will conduct business my way or not at all and I can go about my way. You explained to me how you wanted to my business and how you would oblige by getting me that quote before I informed you of my monthly bill amount. Now you speak as if I’ve asked you to break the law or to commit a dishonest offense. That is not the case here, lucky for you that it wasn’t because if me telling you to give me the dollar amount quote on a specific system is breaking the law, why would you agree to it then? I ended the call with you still trying to get my business and now you send me this text msg. You would have done better just saying you apologized for this miss understanding and hope that I will reconsider your company for my solar needs. However you sent the msg that I will screen shot and add to review. PS. You also shouldn’t say that ‘The only people who would lease a solar system is a person on fixed income, a retard or just someone who is dumb.’ That’s not very professional. “AmeriGreen installed my solar panels in December of 2018. The system has worked exceptionally well. In the 7 years since, I have paid almost nothing to LADWP for electricity. “Great until you inevitably experience a system problem. Then they will just ignore you.They were initially very happy to sell us our solar system and battery backup.However about a year after the install the battery system stopped working. I called and texted them and we seemed to be on track to get a fix, but then they just simply stopped responding to emails or phone calls.I’ve been trying to get this fixed for over 8 weeks now and cannot get a response in any fashion.Would absolutely not recommend Amerigreen. Terrible communication and they will simply stop responding if you ever need help – as you can see from a ton of these 1 star yelp reviews. “You can stop searching and just go with AmeriGreen Solar. I met with 4 total companies and the choice was easy. Now that our system is installed and working, I can assure you this is the way to go. I met with AmeriGreen first, and Guy spent 2 hours going over the entire process and then answering all of my questions and concerns. He was never rushed, very trustworthy and informative. The two other vendors that came over were quite the opposite, and just wanted to know what my first estimate was to see how they compared. One never even called me back for a follow up, and the other was much more expensive with worse warranties. So again, AmeriGreen was an easy call! The 4th vendor was Tesla who I didn’t even speak to on the phone. Their project manager (Rose) does an excellent job of keeping you in the loop once you start the process. Our system was installed in 1 day! And the electric company gave us approval and we turned on our system in a short amount of time. They have good financing options and also had great sourcing of commercial panels for our house that are working very well.
