“Toilet program sounds good. But, its free to anyone within the jurisdiction. Solar though, they are very unprofessional. And have no solar experience. Their ratings are from employees. “They gave me estimate $400 monthly payment to DWP without any scientific data but my electricity bills only came out to $120 per month.It took them over 6 months to turn on Solar system. It was denied by DWP inspector three times.They disappeared and didn’t pick up the phone when I try to discuss about this issue.I am thinking of taking legal action toward them because there is no way to contact them.Don’t use this company.
