“I’ve used Apex for almost 2 years and the product works well — 5 stars for that. But the billing department gets 0 stars. I was never charged for my monthly service for almost 2 years, then received a surprise call from the billing supervisor asking for a large lump sum. I was given the option to pay in two installments, which was nice, but the billing supervisor could not explain the oversight and did not apologize. “I had a very nice tech come out to service the water softener for us and he was so extremely nice. I explained that this was the first time I ever dealt with a water softener and he was so kind to explain how to do regular maintenance on the unit. He took time to explain what salt I needed to buy and what all I needed to do on my end to keep my system up to date and healthy. I really appreciated all the time and explanation and he really is a great technician. Could not be happier with the service and the young lady who dispatched him.
