“Pete was awesome to work with. We have a very steep pitched roof and needed to remove 12 solar collectors to install a new roof. It was complicated and a little sketchy to begin with. “These guys did the original install of our solar hot water system as a subcontractor to Bella a few years ago. Bella then stopped doing this work and refused to provide support. The owner has made repeated attempts to properly fix the system, which they do not seem to understand very well. The foirst time they sent an inexperiened worker out 3 times before the owner came out to deduce the properble. Then way overcharged for the trips and could not get us a replacment pump although it failed inside the warranty period. New pump failed less than a year later and although they did obtain a new pump from the manufactuer, it took 3 weeks and repeated calls from us asking when it would be fixed, and it still is not working correctly.Bottom line, they will not stand behind their work and only want to make extrs (overpriced) servie calls while they try and fiquire out the issue.Avoid them” – Ken F. ⭐☆☆☆☆ December 4, 2011

“I called some other company first when my boiler stopped working in the middle of winter. That company charged me $100 to tell me that they couldn’t fix it and quoted me a huge amount of money on a new boiler system without even specifying the brand of the new boiler on the quote.Then I called Aqua Care Solar. They actually fixed my old boiler to get it through the winter, then went over options for top of the line replacement boilers that could be installed after winter was over so my family didn’t have to live a week without heat in the dead of winter. The new boiler runs great and the zones are organized better to give me a level of heating control I didn’t have with the old system. “This place was a complete was of my time, and unprofessional. I had them come out for a boiler replacement. I had to call them back for my quote a week and a half later. Pete the owner, and the boiler tech Adam didn’t seem interested in the job because the venting would be to hard. It’s all very straight forward. There is a chase through the kitchen that goes to the attic, then vent out the roof. If this company can’t preform a simple task as venting a hi efficiency boiler because it’s to hard maybe they shouldn’t install boilers, Just saying. Maybe if you have a hi efficiency boiler in place already this company could do it. I don’t know why they would even come up here to Black Hawk if they are not interested in working. People don’t like to have there time wasted which is why I’m doing this review. You could have at least delivered a quote, even a ridiculous quote is better than no quote at all. Aqua solar get an f for failure to deliver. Can’t speak for there work.It’s to bad for this company because we were thinking of installing solar in the next year or two as well.
