“Austin electric team was timely, responsive, and they were able to offer suggestions and different price breakdowns for different options. They were respectful and friendly and cleaned up after they were done. The only thing I wish they offered was a monthly payment plan of some sort, so that we didn’t have to question whether or not we could afford it. For this job, we had them install 2 outdoor outlets, change out the outdoor light, and install a new outlet in the garage (all grounded, on their own breaker). “Called to schedule a repair. The woman that answered the phone gave me an estimate and asked if she could call me back to try and schedule something. I agreed. She never called back. I called back a couple hours later to check the status of a possible appointment. Someone answered the phone, but did not say anything. I asked if anyone was there and they hung up on me. I immediately called back and someone answered the phone again when I said hello a couple of times, the woman on that answered the phone repeated me in a mocking tone before hanging up on me a second time.
