“It’s officially been over 12 months since I signed and fully funded my solar contract with Aveyo in Utah. Almost zero communication, and I’ve had to follow up over 20 times to get the project to where it is now. My main panel cover is still uninstalled, there are holes in my walls from electrical that was done 1-2 months ago. The monitoring for the system has not been connected and is still sitting on the floor in my basement. Dirt wasn’t leveled like they said, racking is not trimmed, and the concrete wasn’t repaired for months until I said I’d finally leave a bad review. I do not see any updates/communication/scheduling on their part to actually finish this job. “So this company will tell you everything you want to hear. Once you pay they will do very little for you. If you don’t qualify for their loan, they will find another shady lender. They found us one that wouldn’t transfer our loan, when we were selling our house. So we had to pay out the loan. Also then they hit us with a $750 transfer fee. Oh also the hockey tickets they give aren’t where they say they are. I would not recommend them to anyone. Also if there was no star that is what they would get. “I had the worse experience with Aveyo and I would recommend you find another solar installer. They dont communicate with their customers. They dont return calls, texts or emails. They are incompetent about the regulations. My solar install took 2-3 months longer cause they didnt submit the required paperwork. I had to tell them several times in phone messages and texts that they needed to submit the paperwork. They never called me back when I left messages. If you want headaches this is your team. “I got screwed by this company. They installed our system in Jan. 2024 Left a tiny hole in the roof which leaked into our attic unknown to us. When we returned from vacation at the beginning of Jun the leak had caused noticeable damage to the kitchen ceiling after, we immediately contact them however they would not send us someone to fix it until finally in Jul after it starts actively dripping into my kitchen. It’s now Oct 2024 and I still have water damage to my ceiling that they refuse to help fix.I start paying off the Panels in May, and get the instructions to turn them on in Jun. The switch to turn them on is broken, I’ve been calling them since Jun to get someone out here to fix it. It’s now Oct, my panels are still broken, I’m paying for both the panels and my power bill. No one from the company will respond to my calls, texts, or emails. This has been an absolute nightmare from the start. Their customer service is terrible, I have called, emailed, texted, even contacted their complaint and hr department. I have barely been able to get a response from them from the beginning.
