“Tim (AWS) said they reviewed my solar system and confirmed the production shortfall, and they would compensate for the shortfall even though it is beyond the warranty.They suggest regular cleaning will help keep performance on track. I am still skeptical, but I will do this and keep track of the system production monthly to see whether or not it’s going to meet the guaranteed minimum production.
