Soon afterwards, we received a letter from Axium that they were no longer servicing residential clients, and referred us to another company. They made it seem like that company would be handing all of our service needs. Well, that company is not able to provide any help for us now that we have a problem with our inverter. Axium basically took the money and ran 5 years ago. Evidently, Solar Edge is very difficult to deal with, and the other company just can’t/won’t deal with them to service all of Axium’s clients. They organized all of the racks on which the panels are mounted, which included the microinverter’s that were marked and stored. I thought they did a pretty good job.
