“Do not use! These guys are scam artists. I came to them after Power Home went out of business. They took my money and did NO monitoring. I kept finding out that my solar array had issues, and they did nothing to help me fix them. I had two years of issues with them. At one point, they came out and did a small project on my panels and then wanted to charge me $800 for it… They didn’t give me any indication in advance that there was going to be a charge! “As soon as you make initial payment and give this company money, you instantly become less important. They demanded final payment before my system was 100% up and running. Then they finally came out and finished the job, and told my wife they aren’t leaving until they get paid. I was at work. Disgusting. My backup batteries were then recalled after some years, and like a fool, I let them do the replacement. Two old guys show up, and I end up helping them move the batteries. They switch out the batteries and leave me with a non working back up system. To this day it is still not working and they could care less. If your looking for a company who is good at installing backup batteries with panels this is not the one for you. Thanks for all the aggravation better together!
