| Warranty | Solar panels are built to last 30+ years. All the solar panels we use come with a 25 year linear performance warranty. This states that after 25 years, they will produce at least 80% – 85% of what they started at. If at any time during that 25 year period the production drops below where it should be, it can be replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Most inverters which convert the electricity from AC to DC, come with a 10 year warranty. |

Positive reviews:
“I would strongly suggest Big Sun Solar to any company wanting to go solar. Their professionalism, competence and dedication to customer satisfaction makes them the right option for commercial solar installations.” – Melissa Gonzales ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2025
“Love Big Sun Solar. I get a substantial reduction on my electric bill as well as use solar energy, a non polluting, sustainable energy source. No solar panels on my roof. Instead Big Sun Solar uses existing structures for the solar panels, structures receiving loads of sunlight, like tops of airport parking garages or high rise buildings. Big Sun Solar is a win, win, and win.” – Rebecca Baker ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2022
Negative reviews:
“This company does not return voicemail or repeated messages left. I guess business is good and they don’t need to answer incoming calls. Smh” – Joe Ontiveros II ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
