He found an additional damaged area I wasn’t aware of. He clearly explained why I had rot in the 2 areas. He said my roof was good for a few more years and said not repairing the current rot won’t cause additional problems. So I’ll show you what I did on.I was so surprised at Abraham’s thoroughness and honesty. He saved me several thousand dollars. “What a joke! Four years after they did our 36K roof, we were trying to sell our house and the roof inspection found work not done correctly. Called the girl in the office who repeatedly told us she would have Mike Brazil call us. He never did, I was finally told by a young man who did repairs for them that it wasn’t covered. Unfortunately we had already contracted with them to do repairs on our new house. The work per the contract was not done. They attempted to bill us for the full amount. I called the girl in the office several times who always says she will have someone call us, with no response. Then Brenda from the billing department called to collect money, I told her the work wasn’t done , she said she couldn’t help us she was just the billing department and I would have to call the girl in the office. After several weeks of not paying Mike Brazil responded, came out and agreed work wasn’t done. He had the work done just ok, they said I would receive a bill shorly with a breakdown of the work. TWO months later Breanda called wanting to know why we hadn’t paid, I said we hadn’t receive a bill. She said she would resend it. Funny I received it that time. “They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They’re having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can’t. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn’t completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. The knowledge and professional approach with a very detailed bid captured our attention and business over other companies. Our job was completed in a timely matter, with outstanding craftsmanship and cleanup. Over the years we have needed help from Brazil with the solar being installed on a tile roof, inspections, tile replacement, and recommendations. Our most recent inspection was last week , March 24, 2025. As with all of our inspections/needs Brazil provided just the right person to assist us.
