I had my system installed by them and they did not follow through on their promises to pay referral bonus and signing bonus.I waited several months for my system to be installed and was told by a new project manager after 3 months of waiting the delay was most likely the original salesperson was not making enough commission, so he did not follow through on the project. Finally, the system was installed but the bonuses I was promised still have not been paid for several months, even though I was told they would be paid once my system went online. I have contacted my project manager and was told they need to be funded before payments can be made. It’s been two months, and three payments made by me and still no payment. He is no longer answering my text messages.I have reviewed other negative reviews about this company and their standard reply is we don’t have a record of the person as a client. I will provide a copy of my executed contract to anyone considering this company as proof they do not keep their promises. I would suggest you avoid them and find a reputable company.” – M. “I was promised incentives to offset the cost of my solar panels installed in 2024. Over a year later, I’ve received nothing but lies, deflection, and a runaround. The company continues to blame third parties while refusing to provide real answers or take any responsibility. Attempts to escalate have been blocked — no access to a manager, no names, no accountability. This feels like a systemic pattern of negligence.
