“They dispatched a technician promptly. The technician was courteous and competent. Their charges approached the level of price gouging and attempts to up sell other work or service contracts seemed to be a primary focus. “The one star is for them being available, the reason they are available is because they mark up prices significantly. They do good work but if you can find anyone else it will cost you much less.The work I had done was acceptable for labor but I was charged $2,600 for a $600 water heater. “Ashley Smith came to reinspect my units fan for not working. He found the issue immediately and remedied the problem quickly. We discussed a couple of prior service recommendations. He reviewed my units past history and stated it already had a kit that was recommended by the previous tech. We did have Ashley install the recommended oil to help lubricate the unit for better performance as it is 10+ years but still in good shape. “Well I have now changed my review from 5 star to 0. WHY? LOOK AT THIS 16,000K duct job and you tell me….I am a journeyman HVAC installer and in my ‘contract’ I wanted EVERY JOINT sealed with ‘pookie’. Not one joint was sealed they didnt even put screws in duct. They taped it. Well my kids complained about still being hot. So my son and I (we both are HVAC) climbed up into our addict and begain looking. You will see the air supply was just there. Gaps in it no screws. My son and I went to home depot and bought all materials and completed it like our contract said. SEAL ALL JOINTS… BOOM AIR IS FLOWING. Called to complain said o wait we will take of it….NOPE GHOSTED!!!! If I was an older man or lady they would have never known.
