“The Estimator (John) and Project Manager (Sam) were very professional and knowledgeable about the roofing system. The site Foreman and crew showed up on time and was well organized, and did an excellent job of installing the roof in one day. The Project Manager met with me after completion to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work. I was thoroughly pleased with the process and the 10 year workmanship and 50 year shingle warranty. This was the main selling point to me and the pricing is very reasonable. “Our roof was about 28 years old and was due for replacement. After talking with our neighbor who had their roof done and reading reviews about CENVAR Roofing we decided to to go with them. After contacting their office, they were very polite and quick to schedule an estimate. The company’s Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We thought the Proposal was fair and ok’d them to proceed. Within a very short time CENVAR Roofing contacted us to schedule a date for install then a date for material delivery. The Project Manager and the entire crew were very professional and completed the job as promised. Clean-up was almost perfect with very little loose pieces and only 2 nails. We had 3 minor issues that needed taken care of and the Project Manager returned the next day to take care of them. Overall, we were very pleased with our roof and the workmanship that went into our roof installation. We would definitely recommend CENVAR Roofing. “Early on the company thrives off of the new ideas and creative solutions that it’s hard working and dedicated employees had. The company culture was hard working but overall very positive and team focused. As the company grew, so did the void between the higher up corporate positions and the every day branch employee. Corporate wanted to hear less and less creative solutions to problems that it’s employees on the ground floor were facing. Soon the company turned into a highly regulated machine and the team members were turned into cogs in a wheel. Praise is rarely given anymore and only criticism. The creative problem solvers have been slowly pushed out now that their skills are no longer needed. I moved away from being close to my extended family for this company. I built their 3rd market location from scratch. I poured blood sweat and tears into the company. In the end we had to part ways because of how much the culture had changed. “If I could give zero stars I would. First I will start with the small stuff-leaving trash and uneaten food in our yard and busting our bird feeder. Now to the more serious offenses- they left more nails in our driveway than I can count, backed over our landscaping pavers with a large commercial truck, burying them in the ground and then proceed to drive into our rock landscaping and hitting our porch with the truck. The top railing of the porch is not even with the rest of the railing and the posts in the ground are now loose. “Recently my father had a roof installed by Cenvar, and while the roof looks pretty good, I have tremendous problems with the clean up. The one employee who was responsible for clean up spent more time on his phone than picking up nails. I have found over 70 nails around, and am concerned to let the grandkids out to play around the house. I was also concerned about safety as none of the workers were tied off appropriately even after telling the project manager.
