Their estimator was excellent at explaining everything from how solar worked, to federal and state tax incentives, to the sale of energy credits, Their proposal was very clear and comprehensive and clearly outlined the steps from permiting through installation and activation of the system. The CMI office staff was excellent at keeping us informed of progress, keeping us on track with paperwork (including reminding us when we dropped the ball on something!), handling all of the inspections and different permits required, and scheduling all phases of the project. When complete, the owner gave us a nice walkthrough of the whole system. We had one small problem with a connection going bad after the first week which they came out and addressed promptly.
