What Do Customers Say About the Cotuit Solar?

Positive reviews:

“The men and women of Cotuit Solar were just what I had wanted, and expected. They were personable in the office, on the phone, and on site. The men who came on two separate days were well organized and efficient. They worked well together. I was happy to provide lunch for them, as we are quite a distance from any warm place to eat. As a retired Navy man, I know the importance of taking care of the crew. Sure, they might have been ok with their own subsistence, but we all felt better after hot soup and pizza! I would encourage anyone who has to choose, to go with Cotuit Solar. Richard in Eastham” – dickryder413 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 31, 2019

“We had a great experience with Cotuit Solar. It started with the sales and went through to live date and beyond. The sales person was the most knowledgeable sales person we met out of all of the companies we talked to – which gave us confidence in the company. The install crew was AWESOME!! They were respectful and kept a clean job site. After going live we had a couple of questions and the office crew was super responsive- even after we had paid. This is a company from beginning to end that is committed to helping people go solar.” – Ani Z ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 20, 2019

Positive reviews:

“We’ve got a beautiful 12kW array now. It took some time to get through the permitting and back-and-forth with the utility company, but I didn’t have to deal with any of that. I just had to sign a few online forms and send a check. We just got our first $0 electric bill. Looking forward to a check from the SMART program of Massachusetts. We’re generating more power than we use. Very satisfying. It’s on the ground, which requires a little more paperwork, but all good. If your roof is the wrong way for sun or too old, and if you have space, this is the solution.” – Ralph K. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 3, 2023

“My husband has wanted solar panels for decades. We finally interviewed several installers, after recommendations from a friend. We were far and away impressed with Cotuit Solar. They have it all together. Working with the team was fun for the whole family. The panels are up after rain delays that impacted the roofer. We are absolutely pleased. My husband is over the moon, well maybe he’s over the sun. Thank you.” – Carol B. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 15, 2019

Positive reviews:

“Cotuit solar is top notch. I did 21 solar panels on my house last fall. They are a great company and you can tell the employees love their job. I dealt mostly with Nikki and she is fantastic. Always was available and will guide you through any questions throughout the process. I highly recommend them.” – christopher cook ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ December 2025

“I recently had a great experience working with the folks at Cotuit Solar. Initially, Matt Liles, using a software design package, worked with me on developing a system to maximize my solar output given my roof configuration. From there, the other staff members (Niki, Diane, Lea and Katie) got my project in the installation pipeline and worked with the town to orchestrate the required inspections during and after the install. They also assisted me on activating the system and monitoring the array using Enphase software and provided the resource to sign up for Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs). Installation of the panels and the electrical connections took less than 2 days. The installation crew was friendly, efficient, and took the time to leave the work site just as it was before they stared the job. All the Cotuit Solar staff were responsive to all my questions (I had many) via the phone, email, or on site – they are a well-oiled machine and know their stuff!” – David Kulis ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ September 2025
