“Our power bills began to get larger. The installing company no longer existed so after some research I found Creative Energies. I called for help and Justin came within a day. He evaluated our problem and said that our Solar Edge unit was not working. Justin told us that it was covered under warranty and got it replaced very quickly. Our system continues now after 9 months to be working at 100%. Justin was professional, straight forward, and communicated very well with us to help us understand the issue. They were more interested in determining what the best solution would be, even if that meant NOT installing solar. Other companies are more interested in originating a loan than helping home owners go green in an economical way. “It has been years since we had solar installed by CE. Great product. good results. After all these years we changed internet service and needed some help getting our system reporting. We have not had reporting since October of 2023. Our calls to Creative Energies ended with a need to replace two ‘Emphase’ modules at a price of over $1300. There was no attempt to be willing to help, without getting a service fee. This is a simple reset since this all occurred after switching to Xfinity. After years of recommending them…I can no longer do so. All the installation and product kudoes aside…service is still the reason we should support a company. Creative Energies is one of a very few companies willing to help customers like me with what the industry calls ‘orphan systems’. He then called me and, over the phone, walked me through identifying where the problem was and assisted me step by step in resolving it. “I initially worked with Justin to transfer my system from my original service provider after their assets were sold and the new company would not service our system (ARGH!!!). Justin was great to work with while we investigated communication issues, which were quickly diagnosed and resolved through his guidance. Afterwards, I worked with Con to coordinate the removal and re-installation of one of our panels so some repairs could be made to our home in the area near the panel. Con was also great as we coordinated around three different contractor schedules to get the home repairs completed and the panel re-installed. “We had a solar system installed by Creative Energies. They first gave us a quote and were professional and timely in their responses. The team came and did an excellent job. We were very happy but unfortunately that changed. Months later our system failed. We contacted Creative Energies. We did not get a timely response and then received a strange email from Generac about a failed part. We eventually heard from C. E telling me that they severed ties with Generac and couldn’t help me. I got a few emails and text messages from people at CE but never a plan of action. My system was just a year old. It cost $30,000. I could not believe that no one warned me about the possibility of this failure and the class action law suit attached to it. I also couldn’t believe that Creative Energies chose to sever ties, leaving their customers without any way to fix the situation other than find a contractor on their own, through Generac. Thank God, I knew of a great local guy who was affiliated with Generac. He was able to get new version of the defective parts (a huge miracle) and make a plan to install them. I just wish Creative Energies had been more proactive by letting me know that a problem could occur with this defective part, procuring the new parts to replace it and do the work for the customers who were affected.” – Kim O ⭐☆☆☆☆ July 26, 2023

“Mixed feelings altogether. Very professional at the start of the process, with prompt and timely communications, however, subsequently we were mostly kept in the dark regarding installation process. Planned install completion has thus far been delayed by month and a half, with limited information provided on the anticipated and needed steps to complete the work. I guess I should have gotten used by now to the pattern of contractors’ operation in Utah. Update with addition of a star: work subsequently completed as promised. team worked really hard to deliver and we cannot be happier with the final outcome. Nice to see the new RMP electricity use.
