“Our sales meetings and management of the installation was fantastic. We had a plan to have it completed before the end of the calendar year for tax reasons and it was a push but they got it completed and signed off by the 31. We have produced more energy that projected and are very pleased with the unit. There where a coupe of hiccups with the installation as the electician they hired to install the unit inside the garage did not show and they had to connect the unit on the outside of the house and they covered a roof vent that they later paid for it to be rerouted. “Cromwell is great with front end selling. Then they ran out of panels and had to wait for the supplier to make, I guess. They delayed install by about 3 months, then they charged more before asking me due to their own tardiness. Then they went on vacation and delayed hook up with the power company, as result, I missed months of great sun.
