Promised that we would get help through the state of Florida for upgrading to energy efficient which was a complete lie because we did not qualify. We are responsible for tens of thousands of dollars when we were told it would cost us 1/3 of that. He went over everything and was so shocked to think that I was not trusting of him since he has been doing this for over a decade. Trust your instincts. “This company took advantage of me.Im a Senior Citizen. They lied about the rebates that I would get for my HVAC, Tankless Water Heater, and Electrical Box outside. I was approved for $25,000 and they overcharged me for the HVAC Unit One of the managers, kept pressuring me to sign off on the install of the Electrical Box when the County hadnt come out to inspect the box to see if it was correctly installed. They kept rescheduling the appointments for the Electrical Box and often showed up without an appt. and still didnt do the work. I had to say I was going to cancel the install for the Electrical Box for someone to finally show up. They were suppose to do other small electrical issues I have and only did one small thing. They had the audacity to charge me $1,000.00 for electrical outlet!!! The service is very unprofessional. I had asked them numerous times for an itemized receipt for the work they did. I started asking in October 2023.I had to ask for supervisors after supervisors to get someone to email me a receipt. I finally got my receipt in January. Do not use this company. “Salesperson seemed shady. I asked what they sell and he said they sell ‘the results of the evaluation’ and wouldn’t be specific. Although, he said the evaluation itself is free. He told me to look them up. Better Business Bureau has several complaints against them. They are not affiliated with FPL. I called and verified. “These guys sold me a unit telling me it would lower my bill but instead my bill went up 100. When I had called about it I was told that energy prices went up but how did they go up that much in the 2 weeks from when I signed the contract. I was told that I would be able to use the tax credits to pay for it and I even told the guy that I didnt work that year but he said I would be fine. When I went to file for the tax credits, I was told that bcz I didnt work, im not eligible. So they lied to me there and now I have to eat the whole $22k.
