“We made the long drive to Quartzsite based on a phone quote of $435 for a 190W panel installed. After installation the bill came to $590. After over a week of phone tag the owner claimed the quote was for the panel only, but I had specifically verified that installation was included before making the appointment. He eventually honored the original price. Additionally, they never tested the installation — come to find out, the panel had been wired backwards, blowing multiple fuses during our month-long trip.
