What Do Customers Say About the DPI Solar?

yelp.com

Positive reviews:

“We hired DPI Solar 2 years ago to design and install a large system on our winery roof. They took care of permits and assisted us with getting setup with PGE. The system has worked great ever since. This past week we had a fuse blow and the system went down. DPI came out the same day that I notified them and were up and running again.” – Jeff M. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ July 3, 2025

“Our power went out and, being out of town, I knew it could be out for a while. Josh had previously come out to explain the system (it was here when we bought the house), but I missed a step. Josh went out of his way to come over, in the middle of a storm, to help me out. I was shocked. You just don’t find that level of service. So great product, great reliability, and over the top service!” – Mary H. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 10, 2023

Negative reviews:

“Not great customer service, especially 4 years post project. I have not been able to monitor my solar production for about a year and a half now. For some strange reason whenever I call, or leave a message no body ever responds. Are they still in business??” – Edub P. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ February 23, 2025

Positive reviews:

“A big thank you and thumbs up to Erik at DPI Solar! He spent over an hour on the phone walking me through a reset on our monitoring system. He was kind and patient even when I had forgot the correct password and we had to start over. The system was working fine but we changed internet companies, so it kicked the monitoring off line.I should also say that the whole process of installing the Solar went very smoothly. They were actually able to come a couple days early for the install, and then it only took about three days to get it installed. We did a 9.6kw ground mount unit and we love our solar!” – Catherine Burgard ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2022

“Josh helped us get our system back up and running. It’s an Auric system and had stopped reporting. We were frustrated because Auric left Oregon and they weren’t responding to our requests for help. Josh at DPI was AMAZING! He was so helpful! He walked us through, step by step, to do what we needed to do to so he could accurately identify the problem. Once identified, he found the replacement parts for us and instructed us how to remove defective parts and install new parts. All done over the phone so we didn’t have to incur charges for a service call. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and very patient. We HIGHLY recommend DPI! Couldn’t be happier or more grateful.” – Debra Cooper ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2020
