They also had to send someone back out to fix parts of the installation that were not up to code. Despite being under warranty, the owner stopped responding and repeatedly ghosted me. If for some odd reason after you read this review, you still decide to work with them, DEFINITELY do not pay more than $1,000 in advance.My wife contracted with EA Design & Build for solar panels on our house, and we were in a rush to pass final inspection. Ehsan said that he needed all panels to be paid for upfront ($20,000) to expedite procurement of panels.3 installation dates came and went. He now refuses to answer phone calls, texts and emails. We have issued him a demand letter terminating the contract and demanding our payment back. We have filed an official complaint with the California Contractor’s Board. We are filing a report with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. (Taking more than $1,000 up front for any construction project is a misdemeanor.
