“Ecotech installed a 24-panel residential system at my home in Bellingham. Communication and customer service were excellent; installers (led by Evan) were professional and friendly, and the overall price was competitive with the alternate service providers I evaluated. All the paperwork/application filings, etc. with PSE and others were handled entirely by Ecotech — super easy for me. The system had a glitch when first commissioned, but the technical team (Rufus was great) got on it right away and though it took some work they had it fixed before PSE came to connect me to the grid, so nothing was lost and Ecotech never left me hanging.
