“Do not go through these guys. They will just take your money and leave you waiting and not respond to your questions.Installation went great, but its been sitting for 6 weeks waiting for inspection to turn it on. There is no customer support you can get ahold of. I left messages on their phone lines in multiple departments. I emailed the customer service email that had emailed me before and responded, but no response when inquiring about scheduling inspection. “Element Power Systems was great to work with. I had to wait on my PV system install because the roof needed to be replaced first. They were flexible enough to coordinate with the roofers for the install. Once the roof was installed, it took only one day to finish the whole system. The install was clean and professional.
