“Had our mini splits installed by Endless Energy in early 2020. The team was great from sales all the way through installation: friendly, courteous, and helpful beyond just the installation that they were there to do. My only complaint as far as installation goes is a couple of questions that went unanswered after the installation was complete.Fast forward four years and one of my tenant’s units has stopped working in the middle of the summer. I called the service team for warranty repair and they have cancelled two appointments on me when I made it clear that I was leaving for vacation for a week and needed the appointments to be a priority. On the second cancellation I did not even receive a call to let me know it was cancelled until I decided to call when the tech was over an hour late. The scheduling agent then asked if he could reschedule the appointment directly with the tenant while I was away and at the tenant’s agreement I gave him her number. I returned from vacation to find out that he never reached out to her. It has now been more than two weeks that my tenant has been without AC in the middle of August because this service call has not been a priority to a company who grossed more than $30k on the installation of these units. “Employment there is a revolving door. People quit or are laid off weekly. You’re a long term employee if you make it through 2 years. Prior to this, I have never had upper management openly admit that the company vehicles were more important to them than the workers! “This originally started in May. I told them I wanted it complete by the end of June. They didn’t file the documentation with the town. I paid everything in advance and they just dropped the ball. They claimed that the town didn’t follow up, but I investigated and it was their fault. Then some of the equipment was different than what we talked about. That caused a tramendous delay. It was a very bad experience. It was supposed to be completed in early July, but wasn’t completed until the middle of August. The price was good., but there were some small issues. “I had a terrible experience with endless energy and wish I had never switched my unit over. The installers did not properly install at several points causing issues and damage. I was not informed properly along the way, it took weeks to hear from people, the unit wobbles, leaks, the panel was faulty.
