“If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. 13 out of my 24 inverters have had to be changed, since they changed the inverter design etc they had to come with a trunk cable to adapt to the old hookups. I ordered an inverter to replace one not working. It did not come with the cable to hook it up. Multiple phone calls talking to multiple people over 4 days and still cannot get them to understand or send me the cable, despite numerous pictures. Stay as far away from them as possible, their customer service is terrible a best. Hope I can get this resolved before the next break down. “I’ve had my system for a year and a half and it has not worked to this point. Now I found out that the installation company is filing bankruptcy. I have had technicians come out and check the system and they given me excuses like the kids flip the electric switch or you need an internet extender. “Enphase was an amazing place to work, as long as you come in and do your job they will take care of you. They were willing to accommodate me when I need to make arrangements to get my son from school. The supervisors are all awesome and the environment was relaxed compared to most call centers. They have a great training program and after you do Ensemble you can pretty much move up to something else. I have no complaints about my time working here.
