“Sale person name Anthony, very nice in person and in the beginning responsive. we signed up in august, system installed end of February. multiple mistakes made during installed costing me days lost from work. promised a cash incentive after install. didn’t happened, more empty lies from the office. Also our system was turned on before the two way meter was installed so we had to pay for power produced by our solar system as a power provided by the power company. experienced installers as mentioned in the 5 star reviews? not at our house. “If the system would let me rate this company a 10 stars, I would.Ensolar came to my house and explained in detailed the process of switching to solar. Unfortunately, I was not able to move forward with the solar installation as much as I wanted to. They explained that there are too many trees around my house, which makes it not a good fit for solar at the moment. They recommended that I contact the county to check the health of the trees and if any needed to be removed, then to contact them back so they can assist with that too. I really appreciate their honesty and at least now I know what it takes to switch to solar and the company that I will be going with when that time comes. “I decided to install Solar and a sales representatives came to my house and told me what my bill will be after I install their system and I will also get a battery. I agreed for this. Solar was installed after a lengthy wait almost a year. Didn’t received the battery and my electric bill has increased. I called numerous times and spoke with 2 different representative and was assured that my battery will be install and I will get more panels. I just receive a call from Sam telling me I have to pay for more panel because they purchase the company from the person I spoke with initially. I told him whenever you bought a company you buy their problems as well. “I am not a person to write reviews but feel the need to warn people out there. My mom originally installed solar panels with this company and recommended them. We installed them at our home and recommended them to our friend and our in-laws who also installed them. The panels never worked properly at any of the 4 houses. They have come and “assessed them” several times, even installed extra ones stating “we needed more” in order for them to work. We have even contacted TECO. Two years into the panels and one none of the electric bills come lower than $150. One of them is usually around $300 and the other one just recently started being $250 plus the panels bill.
