“This company is a pain! We just moved into our home and they constantly come by during the day while I am teleworking. They ring the doorbell and knock multiple times. We have told them multiple times that we are not interested and have had to shut the door on them while they are still talking because they can’t take no for an answer. “While the salesman was nice, we were given the runaround regarding our incentive after everything was installed. He said we would get a large incentive check to assist with backyard projects if we signed up with them the same day (February 2025), and that from the day of solar activation (May 2025) it would be 90 days to receive the check — with 120 days being the outer limit. We have yet to receive it, and it has now been 4 months past the 120-day mark and almost a whole year after we signed the contract. We are only given the runaround: “We don’t know where it is and we are still waiting. Once we have a clearer date, we will reach out.” No other communication unless I reach out monthly. “Please do not get solar with these people unless you want to be let down and disappointed. I am a young first-time home buyer who is new to solar. They claim to give incentive programs for going solar with them, but they fail to tell you they have 90 to 120 days to fulfill this agreement. Not only did they fail to deliver within that window, but when I left a review, the owner asked me to take it down and personally promised me a check by June 15 — and here we are again being let down by both the sales representative and the owner. It is now 6 months later and I still have yet to hear from this solar company about the incentive check.
