“Don’t believe in pretty phrases. It’s all a lie, I only bought a 15-year debt and the after-sales service was very bad. My house is empty after installing the panels and my energy is produced and I don’t know who takes it. Nobody should install panels. Installers are amateurs. They left my panels connected after the test without even having the bidirectional meter and they caused me a bill of 312 and they did not accept their mistake. She arrived introduced herself and explained to me what she will be doing exactly while installing my Hybrid water heater. She also gave me recommendations and asked my opinion on how I wanted it installed that was very thoughtful and generous of her. She concluded the installation by showing me how to work the water heater and all the cool features it has. Also showed me what to do in case of an emergency most companies just say call us and leave me clueless and waiting for help. “Cuidado con estas dos compañia son los mas inresposable que existen. Esto a sido pesadilla llevo 6 meses esperando y todavia el sistema no funciona. Me dijeron que mi sistema hiba a ser instalado en 30 dias eso es falso. No paso inspeccion en multiples ocaciociones debido la pesima instalacion. “was talked into a deal. When I went to start the cancelation paperwork there was suddenly no communication. I have set up 6 appointments with my consultant. Every time they are due to come over they do not show, refuse to answer messages and will no return any phone calls.
