Because it was on a manufactured house, and the regulations were unclear. I’m pretty sure they didn’t make much money on that project, but they were very gracious about it. We recently called for help with troubleshooting, an issue which turned out to be high input voltage from our electricity provider. Jordan promptly went above and beyond to help us form a plan of action to get the problem resolved even though it was not caused by EverGuard.
