Unfortunately things seems to have changed.Our solar heating is not working and I called them this past Monday, today is Friday, and they called me back promising another call with an appointment within 24 hours. That never happened.I called again on Tuesday and left a voicemail; I called again on Wednesday and left a voicemail; and I called again on Thursday and left a voicemail.Still no response. I’m obviously going to call another company that cares about customer service. Perhaps it’s because I had a problem with them once before and I let them know about it, but ever since Jerry Sr. retired the service has been awful. “The kicker for me in this whole ordeal was, the fellow who came to do the work explained to me that they no longer install these systems as they have too many problems and incur too many expenses in repair and maintenance. I would have like to have known that before I was in it for $650. I may have spent the money to take out the crappy solar system they sold me and just rely solely on my gas system. “Expert Solar is an outstanding company. After having my house painted, the system stop working and I couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I called Expert Solar and the person walked me through the possible issues. The problem was a hidden switch had accidentally been hit and turned off the value. Problem solved over the phone and no charges. I asked for a technician to come to the house when I called but instead they fixed it over the phone.
