“Do not use Family First Solar, they act so nice during the process, after they install the solar and get their money they careless if the system functions right or not. Solar was installed faulty, got to them and another team of electrician came and check it. They said solar is running right and we can run AC. Started running AC and our electric bill is double compared to when we never had solar. Now we have to pay both solar loan and HECO bill. Contacted Family First Solar they won’t even come check it. They will definitely answer a lawyer because no one gets solar to pay double bill. Even the contract states reduction in electric bill, battery will store power for power outage but battery can’t even cover us now that there’s no power outage.
