“Did none of what was promised , the sales pitch is exactly that , just a sales pitch . They tell you they will use nets to protect your landscaping , a complete lie , they lie about using a special ladder system to load shingles on your roof , another complete lie , they do business just like any other roofers , strip it and pitch it off the roof , onto your landscaping and yard , climb ladders hauling materials in their shoulders , which destroys your gutters , they are not designed to carry or support the weight any roofer puts on them. . Once they got our insurance to cover it , they made twelve thousand over the sixteen thousand I was quoted when paying out of pocket. Twelve thousand pure profit , they didn’t replace our gutters , promising they would be ‘as good as new’ , they are not , they are not even close . The first Winter , ice hanging from parts of our house that ice never built up at or near . They basically stole an extra twelve grand from our insurance company , money we will all pay for in the end , destroyed our gutters as roofers always do when they do a complete tear off and new installation . Do yourself a favor , don’t buy Feazel or their lies , use a local company , also last time I look only at reviews from the local Better Business Bureau , those reviews will be nothing like how you are treated . They did our neighbors roof as well , we wish they would have asked first , I will never recommend them to anyone , stay local , go by what you see , not some garbage sales pitch and insurance fraud they pocket all for themselves.” – William P. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ January 16, 2025

“I picked Feazel to replace my roof because it was damaged in a storm. My project manager was great and helped me every step of the way. I liked that he was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions and worries in full. Feazel took care of most of the things I needed to do for my insurance claim, like getting a supplement approved and sending in proof of work when it was done. “Mark as the job estimator did an excellent job explaining the materials and the process. David, the supervisor of the work crew, did a great job explaining questions, concerns, and getting the job done. Because of the rain, early cold and snow the job took 1 1/2 months to get done but we are very satisfied. The crew picked up 99.9% of the debris in the yard and landscaping. “I called them to come out to clean off moss on my spa house. He sprayed it with moss killer and left. I called him and he stated that is all he needs to do. I asked for a letter stating that it was guarantee. He said he would send it and never did. He said it would come off with rain. Since then we had several rain storms and it is still there. So I disputed it with my credit card company. Nothing came of it from the business. No one has contacted me from the dispute. “Our experience was a nightmare. Multiple return trips to fix a list of simple problems- nails not pounded in with sealant on top of them around our sky lights, nails through the drip edge, missing drip edge, damage to the j channel that holds the siding in (they fixed that by screwing the siding to the house, nice huh?), boards not replaced with giant holes in them that they tried to explain away as ‘the knots fell out’, they removed the roof vent for the bathroom fan and felt papered and shingled over it so it vented into our attic space for months. In short, not a company I’d hire again. Ever. Edit: Feazel also called my husband and begged him to take down this review, jokes on them, he has NO access to this account.
