What Do Customers Say About the FieldElectric?

Google Reviews

Positive reviews:

“Field Electric is exceptional. Last year they installed our generator and this spring they installed 3 heat pumps. Very easy to deal with. The price quotes were spot on. The whole team I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend Field Electric for generator and heat pump needs. You will not be disappointed.” – Howard Vinton ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2026

“Are used Field electric years ago when I renovated our home in Naples. I had occasion to use them again twice to follow up on some projects, both large and small. On both occasions they sent a team to my home on time and ready to go to work. on both occasions, call streams use their physical and professional talents to complete the projects to both My and my wife’s satisfaction. I could almost say there was nothing that they could not do and do well. It was a pleasurable and affordable experience all around. I would recommend them to anyone.. Doug Bohannon.” – Doug Bohannon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2026

Negative reviews:

“This operation is a joke. Can’t keep up with normal business operations – as per the owner Seth himself – “they are so overwhelmed”. Between never returning phone calls, never providing any sort of pricing (after 3 different home visits) and not being straight with me – this company has wasted a ton of my time. Enjoy the overwhelming demand now – this business won’t last.” – Scott Moulton ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2024

“Buyer beware. Field Electric installed a generator and new service entrance panal at my mom’s house. Electrical work was great. Restoring her lawn to some semblance of what it was before and customer service is very disappointing. I now have to hire a landscaping contractor to remove rocks, level their trench, replace loam and seed. In other words finish the job. When I called them, they said we don’t do landscaping. That is for sure. They told me their general manager would call me back. Nope.” – RIchard and Judi Hawkes ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ 2025
