“Ray and company were fast, neat, professional and a pleasure to work with. He knows the county and power co. rules and got permits and approval extremely fast. Everything he installed, panels, power, wall and gateway, we’re all in stock. We didn’t wait for anything. Even though the roof does not face South, the panels are putting out 95% of their theoretical wattage. Like I told Ray, I am very pleased. “He doesn’t really give people the time of day unless they’re willing to spend big money I’ll set up appointment to try to meet up with him to buy the stuff he has for sale online and he has ignored me several times with conversation just prolonging the situation even after leaving messages and talking to him over the phone. From experience from his own mouth he doesn’t even want to deal with his own customers with all the questions after they purchased from him he rather just sell his product then walk away. So don’t expect much. I don’t live in a boat I live in Upper Sugarloaf homes. He posted solar panels for sale tried to meet up with him. Post was on Facebook ads I am a private buyer. add was not from employees I did speak to the owner of the company as he advertised he was. His address is posted for all to see as well. all I wanted to do was buy some stuff he had advertised and that was my experience nothing else. so this unpleasant employees I’m not sure what he’s talking about . all he had to do was follow through.
