Positive reviews:
“Ray is a excellent engineer and a great communicator. He and his team engineered and installed the perfect amount of solar panels for my needs. After running the system for a few months he then sized and installed 3 powerwalls, setup all the software and gateways right down to the details on the app on my phone. His followup on the project, timeliness to complete, job site cleanliness, and overall friendly service is first class. If you are looking to get solar and/or backup batteries Ray and Forida Solar One should be your first choice.” – Tim Buzza ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 9, 2024
“Ray and his team at Solar One did a wonderful job installing our system!!! From our first meeting, Ray explained exactly what we were getting. The work was performed in a timely manner and we were in full communication about every step. They made sure we knew how to use the app and how to get the most out of our system. Very professional service!!! When we had a small problem with the system they were quick to remedy it. We highly recommend Solar One to anyone considering solar! Our energy bills have already been reduced considerably!!!!” – Debra Babich ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ November 12, 2023
Positive reviews:
“We’re very happy with Ray and his Solar One crew. From our initial meeting through post-installation, Ray was very communicative and honest. He and his crew showed up whenever he said they would, handled the permitting process, and installed the system flawlessly. He made sure that our new system worked well for our electrical needs and also did not detract from the aesthetics of our home. We would highly recommend.” – Angel Wells ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ October 2025
“Ray and company were fast, neat, professional and a pleasure to work with. He knows the county and power co. rules and got permits and approval extremely fast. Everything he installed, panels, power, wall and gateway, we’re all in stock. We didn’t wait for anything. Even though the roof does not face South, the panels are putting out 95% of their theoretical wattage. Like I told Ray, I am very pleased. The only thing I would do differently is to have done it sooner.” – William Eck ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 2025
Negative reviews:
“He doesn’t really give people the time of day unless they’re willing to spend big money I’ll set up appointment to try to meet up with him to buy the stuff he has for sale online and he has ignored me several times with conversation just prolonging the situation even after leaving messages and talking to him over the phone. From experience from his own mouth he doesn’t even want to deal with his own customers with all the questions after they purchased from him he rather just sell his product then walk away. So don’t expect much. I don’t live in a boat I live in Upper Sugarloaf homes. He posted solar panels for sale tried to meet up with him. Post was on Facebook ads I am a private buyer. add was not from employees I did speak to the owner of the company as he advertised he was. His address is posted for all to see as well. all I wanted to do was buy some stuff he had advertised and that was my experience nothing else. so this unpleasant employees I’m not sure what he’s talking about . all he had to do was follow through. Not posting things and then blowing people off” – Chris Danko ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
“Ray is totally an bad person without any trust and honest. The system they installed never work. My bill even getting higher. Now I dont know what to do. They don’t offer me any response. So please stay from this company” – Michel Rosiedebas ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2024
