What Do Customers Say About the Floridian Roofing & Solar?
Positive reviews:
“We noticed water damage on our garage wall after a storm. We called Greg that night, and he was at our house at 8AM the next morning. He immediately checked the rain gutters and hopped onto the roof, discovering that one of our roof boots had a substantial crack at the base. Greg sealed up the crack and resolved the issue, all while it was raining. Excellent service and very professional. We hope we do not have to call a roofing company again but if we do, Floridian Roofing will be the company we call.” – Barry A ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ April 2026
“We noticed a leak in our living room ceiling. We called Floridian Roofing and Solar, the next day they were there to survey the problem. Lucky for us it wasn’t a big problem, they were able to fix it on the spot! They were very friendly and professional. We will be calling them when we need them in the future!” – Cecil phillips ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2025
Negative reviews:
“NOT A HAPPY CAMPER! $1,500 useless dollars spent and a newly remodeled $3,000 room is ruined. They came out, and put a rubberized coating over my garage roof that was leaking, it came with a ten year warranty. It was leaking after two months. I had just had an entire room remodeled. The dry wall rotted, the baseboards buckled out, the water came up through the new floor tiles and electricity was lost in three rooms, from wires getting wet, and the room is filled with mold. They sprayed the walls with mold remover, but the mold it is back, because the leak is still there. They came out and spread more rubber, it still leaked, they came back a third time and spread more rubber, it still leaks. I paid $250 for an electrician to come and fix the electric. The rest of the damage still exists and the roof is still leaking, I am retired, and their solution was to pay another $5,000 to rebuild the roof. Be careful, apparently a ten year warranty means nothing to these people. This damaged moldy room, is my bedroom. I am looking into this!” – kimmy k ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2022
“I have two no soliciting signs, one on my front door that says, “No Soliciting” and another right above my doorbell that says, “No soliciting, sales, politics, fundraising, religion.” A representative from this company walked up to the door, saw the sign, and rang the doorbell anyway. This is very rude. I didn’t answer the door but they left a door tag advertisement. People from this company need to respect people’s privacy, if they had then they wouldn’t have received this review.” – halcyon ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2022
