“As a woman and a homeowner finding good people to come service your house needs is hard. However, I will say from reading other reviews and after messaging the kind people at Green Air Heating I was confident in hiring them for the job. I explained my concerns and issues. They responded promptly and was out within two days. I was extremely happy with the level of communication and professionalism that was showed towards me. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged for services. I already sent Green Air information to all of my friends and family that are homeowners and have central air units. “At first I called and a representative responded promptly. He even came out same day because my AC unit was not cooling off the house. He told me to turn it off and wait 8 hours and turn it back on in the evening. I did that and it initially worked. The next day it wasn’t working. I texted him. I told him it was 92 degrees in my house where myself and my little one reside. I asked for his availability to come out to perform a diagnostic and he never responded. It has been almost a week. “I own a small BBQ shop in Clayton. Starting a new business comes with daily challenges that often can only be solved with money I don’t always have. One of my biggest recent challenges was a noise complaint over our generator. I spent weeks researching how to convert to battery/solar and trying to find a way to pay for it. Enter Nick (I like to call him St Nick as in Santa Claus) with Green Air. Nick quickly assessed the problem and identified the size of battery I needed, the number of panels, and the installation requirements. “I was at Lowe’s in Concord buying lumber and needed help in lowering the plywood from a high rack. Mark of Green Air was also there to purchase the same plywood. We partnered up and managed to get the lumbers for each other. Mark’s actions speak volumes for Green Air’s operation and hiring of right caring personnel. “Off the bat the rep was very pushy. I received a call from this company telling me that I’m due for a furnace air filter maintenance and insisted it had to be done tomorrow. They would schedule for someone to come and do maintenance, charge the card on file AND an additional $49 for contract updates. The person calling had already indicated they knew my name. I asked what the name of the company the rep was calling from and they said Green Air and they had our business on file and they’ve been doing our HVAC maintenance for 15 years. That information is completely incorrect as our business has never heard of Green Air before and are not on our vendors list. They asked me to confirm my name and address, however they called ME so I told them should have my information on file on their end. I asked them to read the address they have on file for us and they read an address I didn’t even recognize. They tried to convince me that we had moved addresses and to give them an updated address. This is also not correct as the business has not moved for 30+ years. This definitely felt like a pushy scam. “I just got a call from this company and they were very pushy and trying to get me to do a tuneup on my furnace.
