What Do Customers Say About the Green City Solar, LLC?
Positive reviews:
“Before going Solar, we spent a lot of time researching different solar contractors in SWFL. After reviewing both cost per watt, and reading many reviews we hired Robert of Green City Solar. We live in a new construction home with a tile slate and roof and part of what gave us confidence in Green City Solar is Roberts extensive work history as a licensed and insured roofer. We have been more then Happy with our system and would highly recommend Green City Solar to friends and family. Getting rid of our electric bill is awesome. Knowing you have a professional who will continue to be there for you years after its installed was the piece of mind we needed. Can’t say enough good things! More then happy to have Chosen Green City Solar.” – Jon Hunt – Coldwell Banker ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 19, 2022
“Alex and Robert from Green City Solar were great!!! They gave me the best price and equipment. The install went very smooth, they walked me through the FPL net metering step by step, and I am beyond happy with them. I highly recommend Green City Solar out of Fort Myers, FL.” – Clo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ June 28, 2017
Positive reviews:
“Was very happy with the service Green City Solar provided! Robert was very friendly and professional, inspected the wiring and connections on the roof of my solar system and explained everything in detail to me. He replaced the inverter of the system and was very reasonable with his fees. I also found out he works on thermal panels which I also have. I highly recommend Green City Solar!” – Peter Pawluk ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ August 2026
“Very cordial, Profesional, and knowledgeable. Had the equipment up and running by the second day. Explained the equipment, how it works and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Green City Solar. No surprises except for a very happy experience.” – Carlos Rivera ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ May 2026
Negative reviews:
“I hired this guy to take down my solar pool heat so I could replace my roof. When it was time to put it back on, he said my system was too old. (He said nothing about this when he took it down) so I paid him $3,500 to replace the system. My roof began to leak and the roofer said the solar guy poked holes in when he replaced the system. So I paid to have the roof fixed and asked Green City to PROPERLY anchor the system. He wanted me to pay $350 to do what should have been done right the first time. I told him I would pay him something but that $350 was too much for a repair that wasn’t installed correctly to begin with. Since then two pipes have blown off the roof and I had them replaced by a reputable company. So now after the hurricane, I am the only person in all of Cypress Lake who has solar panels laying all over the neighborhood.” – Gail Russell ⭐☆☆☆☆ 2023
