“I met with several solar companies before making a selection and like the great insight and willingness to share as much information up front from GH. We had to work through getting our roof replaced first through our insurance before actually getting our solar system installed and GH was easy keeping GH in the loop. GH even made sure our HOA had all the needed information for our installation. There were a few delays over the holidays (Christmas/new years), which was expected but communication with the GH team was always good. Install only took 1 day and then we were ready for approval with FPL. System has been performing well so far, enphase app is great for tracking. “Green House Solar and Air is by far the worst home improvement contractors ever. they tore up our fence and septic system lines when installing 36 solar panels to our home and refuse to correct their mistake, 40/50 feet long and 12″ deep gutter still remains in our yard, going on 2 year now. we were paying between $300/$350 per month for electricity before Green House Solar and Air installed this Enphase system with a 10kwh battery backup and now we still after a year paying around $200 per month makes me wonder what we would be paying if we didn’t opted for a battery backup. “This company has horrible service. I have been trying for over a month, by calling them nearly daily to get them to fix a problem with my system. They refuse to help fix the issue. ‘The boss is always not available.’ Meanwhile I have electric bills to be paid that I didn’t have when the system worked. “when i started looking at solar a friend said he had started his process in october. I looked at a few companies and decided on green house. They presented their system i sounded good to me so i went with them . They arrived when they said they would did the work efficiently and cleaned up behind their work. I heard from fpl about setting up the inspection all went well and they installed the meter as expected from what green house had said. i recieved the rebate as i was told and the system works perfectly .Oh and the friend that got me started didnt get completion until the end of april. So i talked to greenhouse just before christmas and was on line in february he started in october and went online 7 months later. “If this company is involved in installation of your solar panels or equipment, please stop what you are doing and cancel it. They will install faulty equipment and blame it on everyone else but themselves. They will then charge you to take a look claim their is nothing they can do and have to order parts. Then they will claim that its not their fault add extra charges and say well its not our fault. Every step of the way has been a total scam. The planning and ‘technitions’ they dispatch to your house will not be prepared for any job. Also its a blown fuse and it has been 3 months.
