“It has been over 4 years since GreenLife installed my solar system. I had to replace my generator — a Generac 15 kW off-grid unit — at a cost of about $5,000 after GreenLife wanted no part in helping me. The replacement they pointed me toward doesn’t work correctly with the solar system. I have also found that Dale is not very motivated to deal with after-sale and post-warranty service. I don’t think the system was ever sized or installed properly — GreenLife had to come back and separate my inverters due to overloading, which messed up reporting capabilities. Being left on your own to figure things out after spending $60,000 over 4 years is not fun. “Called to get an estimate for a solar system for my shop. Owner was very thorough and answered more questions than I had to ask.
