“The team from GreenLight Solar has been nothing but professional from the onset! I dealt with another company some time ago that did not follow through with their word, but green light has done just what they said. From talking to Jordan and Seth about the paperwork portion, to the installation done by Ronnie, Mason, Victor, Anthony and Jose. The install was all done by 1pm! That started about 9am. They explained what they were going to do, and even showed me how to set up my app so i can see the functioning of the panels. There was no stone left unturned. I would highly recommend them!” – J. “We have had our system for a little over a year. Installation and startup was challenging. System would not communicate with Entergy correctly, so we weren’t credited with total amount of energy produced. Got it corrected was working fine. Last month reached out to CS and was told I would receive a call from my area. Never happened. This month same problem this time I was given a number to call – voicemail. I researched emails from previous occurrence and reached out to a Utility Team Lead. Was told to call back Monday and she would transfer me to someone else. Asked for a supervisor transferred to voicemail account without a message informing me who I was leaving a message for. “Great company with excellent communication and outstanding employees. They installed my solar panels few years ago and now after a recent hailstorm, it was time to replace my roof. Communication and scheduling was super easy. Jonathan, Gavyn, Nathan and Matthew came out and removed everything in a timely manner and once the roof was replaced they promptly put my system back up and got me back online. “I have been battling with Green Light Solar for a year on repairing my damaged property that their installers caused. The ball continues to get dropped. I was promised I would see a monthly credit that would offset the solar payment from the energy produced and exported to the grid. Turns out that was a sales tactic to get me to sign the dotted line. I continuously call with no returns, there’s high turnover with the project managers and everytime they hire somebody new it’s the same story. “I’m the new project manager, I promise I will have everything taken care of” 11 months later I still have a hole in my roof and none of my damage reimbursed. This company is going to go under sooner or later and we are all going to be stuck up a creek with no recourse. “The absolute worst mistake trusting Green Light Solar!! If you are ever approached by any of their sales team run!! They will promise you so much and not deliver. Just lies, all lies.
