First, Amber and Olivia from the office were exceptionally professional, eager to explain things, patient, with a positive attitude, and each time they made me feel at ease. Second, the crew (Jaylan, Orin, Juan, Eric, Jose and Jose) gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they set up and went to work right away. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, answered my questions, super friendly, and very hard-working people. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. “Greenlink Energy Solutions I just had an energy audit and spray foam insulation in 2 crawl spaces and cellulose in attic. The energy audit was very thorough using an infrared camera and blower door test. The auditor explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was very thorough and detailed. She came back a few times during different phases of the project to make sure that air leaks were addressed as the work progressed. Each phase of the project was clearly communicated and questions were encouraged. The owner and team of 5 insulators were very respectful, skilled and professional. Cost was reasonable compared to other insulators. The process was very educational for me and I was extremely happy with how smoothly the process went and the quality of the work performed. They were also able to accomodate insulation installation and a Level 2 EV charger install including trenching to our garage. It is at times like this that customer service and engagement are very important. Keeping everyone informed, pressing forward with the authorities and getting things moving is key. “I entered a contract with Greenlink for Solar installation. I realized very quickly that the product quality is not upto the mark and i reached out to them and they gave me a higher quote for better panels. Why was i not provided with the right option before? I didn’t feel comfortable putting on a lower quality panel and inverter on my roof and live with it for next 30 years. I asked them for alternative s and they kept on pursuing. It wasn’t working out and i asked them to cancel the contract and they have not responded for more than 15 days and they want to hold back the money. “Do not recommend this company at all. We’ve had these solar panels now for three..three and a half years. The only positive where the contracted company to install the solar panels themselves and the installers were cordial, kept us up-to-date and excellent at their craft. We have had zero rook leafs (we had a new roof put on immediately before our solar panel installation to ensure a long longevity for the roof and solar panels.). They do not call you back in a timely matter even when promised they will for a current customer. The salesman was so slick and tried to switch out the panels he initially sold us on until we caught it before signing the paperwork. I even called the solar panel manufactures myself and asked if they were being discontinued, nope they sure weren’t, and when we called the salesman out on it, ge skirted aroubd the answer. And already we’re having issue with a solar panel. Something that cost 32k should not be failing with a 20 year lifetime. And your electric bills will not be cheaper in the summer, even though there’s abundant sun but your AC is working overtime to cool your house, and certainly not cheaper in the winter when there’s less daylight hours. “Don’t recommend working here unless your a fanatic that’s willing to be kissing behind in order to stick around. Worked long hours in all kinds of weather conditions to persevere thru the bad managed jobs. Yet fail to recognize you as a good employee because you don’t make them feel good. This company is small poorly managed specializing in insulation doing electrical work without any active master electrician. If your a good electrician that shows up and persevere thru their set ups this is not the place for you. They will hate you for it, the upper management have fragile egos and will do everything possible to demoralize you. They say the want “rockstars” but is short for fanaticism (Wich is detrimental to the individual.) Which we were told by staff, the blown insulation service would be beneficial for those issues we were experienced in our home. Yes, the staff was polite, and they finish the service in a timely manner. Although I returned home from lunch a little early and observe the workers sitting around. My personal advice to anyone who’s looking to insulated home. Find a do-it-yourself video and purchase your own materials. You will save yourself a lot of money and disappointment. Despite sending several emails and confirming about retail net metering, they had put the application for supply only net metering. Do not trust the sales person or project coordinators or this company and they are similar to any other solar company which backstabs people.
