The install was completed within days of getting the permit. Lauren expertly managed and kept me informed every step of the way regarding the permitting process, the post-installation inspection processes, and the permission to operate (PTO) process with FPL. “Outstanding service from start to finish! GreenReady Roofing and Solar ordered the part I needed the exact same day I reached out, and they scheduled a technician as soon as it arrived. My technician, Tim, was hands down the best service professional I have ever had come to my home. He replaced the panel on the roof quickly, letting me know when he arrived and giving me an update as soon as the repair was done. My system was also due for an upgrade, so he stayed to take care of that as well. Even though the upgrade took quite a bit of time because of how the software is set up, I deeply appreciated that he stayed to help me completely figure out the Wi-Fi configuration for the system. Tim was incredibly professional, polite, and great with my animals. While I hope I won’t need repair services again anytime soon, if I do, I will absolutely be requesting Tim.
