“By far the worst attitude ever. I called Todd (their residential electrician) and he spoke to me like a child! Sounded like i was interrupting his time and he didn’t want to answer any questions. $150/hr. No thank you, I’ll pay the same price for someone who has time to listen to my maintanence problems. “They did what they did well. HOWEVER–and this is an enormous however: They charged us a ‘minimum’ $800 fee to come out and fix the electric, which had gone out, in the garage. This is a red flag, but they had done major work on our house years ago, so we went with it. They showed up on time, spent five minutes tightening a wire, got the electric to turn on, and then asked if there was anything else they could do, as they were charging us the full fee. We had them check out a few things we could think of, and they were gone within an hour.You might think, as we did, that that was pricey, but the job got done? NO. five days later, the electric in the garage is out again. We call and they send an estimate with Zeroes in the fee lines, so we OK their return. That morning, a technician comes and asks us how er’e going to pay. Turns out they want to charge us another $800.We called another company, which found the root problem and charged us $200 to fix it.
