He is also responsive in adjusting his work crew schedule so we can complete the project in 2019. “Whatever might have been true in 2018 and 2020 is no longer true. He obtained money from me under false pretenses. This was a contract entered into in 2024 that he told me would take 13 to 14 weeks. He did not complete the project so that I could qualify for the solar tax incentives by the end of 2025. He finally quit the job and left everything a complete mess. I have asked repeatedly for an explanation or for someone to come look at the system and see if there’s a problem mostly I get no answer at all or a vague promise to explain things at a later date now I just get deafening silence.
